The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. The COO ensures that the business operations are efficient and effective, aligning all processes and activities with the company's strategic goals. This role involves managing resources, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and working closely with other executives to drive company growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service – 20% Will work with the management team for strategic planning and alignment Operational oversight Team leadership and development Customer relationship management Escalations and problem solving Quality assurance and random audits Stakeholder communication Warehouse/Logistics - 10% Team leadership and development and hiring Optimize logistics and warehouse fulfillment Oversee Linen operations, coordinate with vendors Collaborate with other departments for logistics Inventory management Long Term Rental – 15% Strategic planning and implementation Operational oversight Team training and development Financial management Client and tenant relations Compliance and Risk management Leverage technology and software Maintenance – 20% Strategic planning and oversight Operational oversight Team leadership and development and hiring Budgeting and financial management Preventative maintenance planning Technology and software management Escalations and problem solving Vendor and subcontractor management Client/Owner communication Cleaning – 15% Strategic planning and alignment Operational oversight Performance monitoring and staff management and hiring Quality assurance and maintaining standards Technology and software management Pricing, piece pay and resource management Stakeholder communication to cross departments and external clients Onboard / New projects – 10% Strategic planning and alignment Assist the team with project management Stakeholder communication across departments and clients Staff management across platforms to complete project Coordinate and address any escalations or inspections SOPs/Process/Workflow - 10% Create, update, improve SOPs for direct report departments Continuous improvement of processes and workflows on all direct report departments Manage, update and maintain software Job Type: Full-time
