Qualifications:
- Must be at least 50 years old.
- Must have at least 10 years Managerial experience gained from a construction material or manufacturing industry
- Excellent in oral and written communications skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to make smart and strategic decisions on behalf of the Chairman and CEO

- Critical thinker
- Exemplary Leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal such as negotiating, problem-solving and knowledge sharing
- Ability to translate data and metrics into action

Work Arrangement:
WORK ONSITE MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS FROM 8A TO 6PM AND SATURDAYS FROM 9AM TO 12NN

Job Summary: The Chief of Staff of PHILSTEEEL HOLDINGS CORPORATION(PHC) reports directly to the Chairman and CEO. The Chief of Staff's main task is to support the Chairman and CEO his role by taking over smaller responsibilities and handle day-to-day items while attending meetings on behalf of the executive leader, to write notes to them and lead strategic planning processes across and organization. Being the head executive assistant, all executive assistants will report to him/her.
