Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology Must be a Registered Medical Technologist Drug Analyst is an advantage With work experience (preferably as a Generalist: rotation in CC, Hema, CM/Para & Sero) Has excellent phlebotomy skills Preferably has managerial experience & decision-making skill Highly efficient, can multitask and can handle a great amount of workload (processing of samples plus paperwork) Has initiative and able to work in a fast paced environment; has attention to detail Able to work competently with minimal supervision Approachable, courteous, and has integrity Organized and able to delegate tasks and oversee clinical laboratory staff Company background: PREMIERE MEDICAL AND CARDIOVASCULAR LABORATORY, INC. is a tertiary laboratory located in Quezon City.
