Chief Mechanic

• lead and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to junior mechanics
• Perform complex mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support to the team.
• Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment, machinery, or vehicles to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and reorder as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 4-5 years experience
• Must have Heavy Equipment Servicing (Mechanical) NCII or Automotive
• Servicing NCII
