Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Required Skills:

Non-negotiables are experience in the banking industry and CPA.
Robust experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, especially those set by BSP, BIR, PDIC, and SEC.
n-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
