**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- In charge of the capital request and budgeting process
- Assists in the formulation of and also monitors and directs the company's strategic, expansion (domestic and international) and financial planning plans
- Develops performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction
- Establishes and develops relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Manages financial forecasting, budgeting and treasury processes, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting (including ERP system)
- Drives opportunities for career growth through remuneration and management incentives strategies

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor of Science in Finance, any business course or equivalent work experience
- More than 10 years work experience in financial planning, reporting, and treasury
- More than 8 years solid leadership role in finance functions for medium to large enterprises in multinational companies
- MBA degree, highly desired
- CPA and CFA, highly desired
