The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including managing the accounting departments, preparing budgets, and overseeing financial reports, tax, and audit functions. They lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting in close collaboration with the CEO and Senior Management. The CFO analyzes trends, identifies opportunities for growth, and projects future company performance. Additionally, they foster the development of a high-performing, results-driven Finance team.

Business Planning SupportHelps shape the company's direction and key initiatives.Oversees the implementation of business plans.Develops financial and tax strategies.Manages capital requests, budgeting, and funding.Optimizes employee benefit plans.B. Finance Team LeadershipSets yearly and quarterly objectives aligned with business goals.Translates objectives into actionable plans.Monitors finance strategies and makes adjustments as needed.Sets team performance targets and identifies development needs.C. Risk ManagementIdentifies and mitigates risks.Ensures financial controls and insurance coverage.Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Maintains accurate records for auditors and government agencies.Oversees financial reporting to the board.D. Growth SupportProvides financial guidance to departments.Manages relationships with investors and investment partners.Ensures sufficient funding for operations and growth.Monitors cash flow and arranges financing.Oversees acquisitions and investment of funds.E. Team DevelopmentMonitors performance and encourages continuous development.Partners with HR to address skill gaps and development needs.Promotes new ideas for improvement and fosters a supportive team culture.F. Additional DutiesTakes on other tasks as needed to support business growth.Job Qualification:A graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Courses (Business Development, Economics, Finance or Marketing)Must be a certified Public Accountant (CPA)Knowledge and familiarity with a variety of financing/lending concepts, practices, and proceduresSolid experience in policy development on finance and accounting practices and procedures
