Chief Finance Officer - Renewable Power/Energy Industry - Pasig

WORK LOCATION: Pasig

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company; Plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health; Reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with senior executives to drive the organization's overall success.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Certified Public Accountant is preferred
- Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success
- Preferably with an in-depth background in renewable energy financial operations (e.g., structuring of deals with financial institutions; and customers) and the regulatory compliances that go with it
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to contribute to overall business strategy
- Effective leadership and team management skills to guide the finance team
- Excellent communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial decision-making
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and evolving financial landscapes
