Chief Finance Officer - Mandaluyong - Up To P400K-5Yrs Exp As Cfo

SALARY RANGE: Up to ?400,000, depending on experience/s
WORK LOCATION: Mandaluyong
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Mondays to Saturdays

- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting or Business; preferably with Post Graduate Degree in Management (MBA)
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience as a Chief Finance Officer

- Able to understand and analyze financial statements
- Able to effectively present information in large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Able to effectively communicate professionally with guests, associates, supervisors, and others as required
- Able to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to present company performance to the Chairman and Board of Directors
- Good inter-personal skills that encourages openness and communication

- Provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization
- Supervises the Treasury, Budget and Accounting Department and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization
- Reports and directly assists the President and CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding
