Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredProven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, with significant exposure to financial management and strategy developmentPrior experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries is highly desirableStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecastingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teamsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
