Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)With MBA or Master's Degree in ManagementWith at least 20 years of experience in Top Management positions, preferably as a Chief Finance Officer or a General ManagerExperienced in Corporate Planning and in developing and implementing business strategiesStrong background in Accounting and Finance, preferably from a Holding Company or the Construction IndustryHas a strong comptrollership and financial management background in a Manufacturing Set-upHas a well-established network and business relationship with the Banking CommunityMust have strong Leadership AbilityMust be hands-on and detail-rientedMust be highly analytical, organized and systematicMust be highly Computer LiterateWith excellent communication and interpersonal skills
