Chief Finance Officer (Cfo)

Minimum Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Must be a CPA.Training / Experience: At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Skills: Expertise in laws and regulations, with a strong work ethic and integrity.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Duties and Responsibilities: Design an effective organizational structure to meet business goals.Manage all functions of the accounting department, including general accounting, accounts payable, credit management, and risk management.Oversee financial management and ensure the integrity of all financial transactions.Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.Collaborate with business units on budget planning, forecasts, and monitor budget adherence.Train and develop accounting staff to meet team goals and embody corporate values.
