1. Standardization of Facilities Management operations together with Facilities Manager
2. Provides technical consultant role for FM. This role has wide ranging responsibilities including
but not limited to Mechanical and Electrical system and other soft services. Part of the systems
are but limited to low/medium voltage power, Gensets, HVAC system and controls,
Emergency response and fire life safety system.
3. Identifying equipment, which may require repairs, replacement or reconditioning and
Implementation of 52 weeks PPM.
4. To work closely with FM to review current electrical consumption, access on potential
energy savings area, building up business proposal and presenting to user.
5. Role will require team works and the ability to operate independently, able to manage
client expectations. Role includes liaison with FM, will require managing timeframe and cost,
assisting with timeframe and budget information.
6. Liaison with FM to ensure effective communication during course of project.
7. Manage the preparation of documents. Successfully handover to FM at end of project
with appropriate documents to ensure that any facility issues and impact is considered in a
timely manner.
