The JobTask, Functions, Responsibilities Primary duty is to ensure project-based deployment staff from Facilities Engineer to ranking file are all present to attend the day-to-day activities at, and to satisfy our client per agreed contract.Relievers must readily available when a regular shift schedule of the assigned shift supervisor and maintenance are unable to report to work due to emergency.Manage the day-to-day tasks of the property's Engineering and Maintenance function.Ensure the effective implementation of the company's standard Preventive Maintenance Program.Ensure that all equipment and facilities have proper tagging and simple, step-by-step guide on how to operate.Prepare Terms of Reference for major Engineering and Maintenance projects.Attend to concerns/complaints of unit owners/tenants and dispense instructions on action to be taken to the Technical Coordinator.Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding work schedule or assignment of technicians, preparation of purchase requests for supplies and materials.Give instructions to the Technical Coordinator regarding engineering supplies and materials needed by the technical team.Adhere to the concern slip process related to the Engineering and Maintenance works.Adhere to the fit-out and renovation guidelines of the Corporation.Vetting fit-out or renovation plans to ensure adherence to the rules of the Corporation.Recommend and implement an energy conservation program.Evaluates and recommends equipment/service upgrades.Troubleshoot emergency technical situations.Execute the Daily Ocular Inspection Checklist and note observations; endorse to Technical Coordinator if there is action to be taken.Coach and mentor Engineering and Maintenance staff.Ensure cleanliness and pleasing appearance of work areas including proper grooming of the technical staff.Handles the technical team with regard to attendance, performance, and physical appearance.Administers performance evaluation for all technical staff.Establish good rapport and working relationship with the Board/Client representative.Build a personal yet professional relationship with unit owners/tenants.Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.The ProfileQualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment/systems maintenance
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and make sound decisions
In-depth knowledge of building systems maintenance
Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
Must have a Certificate of Completion in Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations, and Maintenance Training
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Dependable with high value for work ethics and customer service
Keen to details with excellent observation skills
Good moral character
Must be available and on call 24/7
