Chief Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Engineer to join our team!

Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Licensed Engineer
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in building operations, engineering, and equipment/systems maintenance
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and make sound decisions
- In-depth knowledge of building systems maintenance
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints
- Must have a Certificate of Completion in Engineering Technical Training, Building Operations, and Maintenance Training
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Dependable with high value for work ethics and customer service
- **Keen to details with excellent observation skills
- Good moral character
- Must be available and on call 24/7

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage building operations, equipment, and systems maintenance
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team

Salary offer: PHP 35,000.00 BASIC PAY + PHP 5,000.00 PCO ALLOWANCE
