CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering and a Licensed Chemical Technician

Must have experience in performing the Micro and Phy-Chem Analysis for product/s ?Certificate of Product Registration (CPR)

Familiar in Laboratory Analysis for a food manufacturing setting

With at least 1 year exposure in Food Industry is a plus but not required

Preferably with background and knowledgeable in HACCP & FSMS

Ability to balance multiple tasks

and can work under pressureTimeliness in work and willing to work on shifting schedules

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in every plant audit and food safety and quality related documentation

Participate in the preparation of Food Safety System Certification

Check Physical Characteristics of all Inbound items - Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Store Accessories & Chemical

Conduct Chemical Analysis of all Raw Materials

Check & verify all Outbound deliveries

Check & record noted Non-Conformity
