Product Introduction Officer
Responsibilities:

- Scales new products from a laboratory batch into a commercial both into Production.
- Conducts process characterization. Identify and monitor critical processes, process variable and test parameters and establish control measures to reduce and eventually make the process problem-free.
- Conducts process validation; prepare process validation protocol and report.
- Ensures development of products as required by the organization
- Introduce and conduct quality plan to new product introduction.
- Conduct problem-solving analysis to problems raised by concerned departments applying tools such as Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, statistical tools etc. and implement corrective actions.
- Plan, organize, lead and monitor activities in the area of responsibility to meet targets/deliver results.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical product development but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Background in Process Validation is an advantage
- With knowledge in Problem Solving Analysis and use of Risk Assessment Tools
- Analytical with keen knowledge and exposure on product development
- Technically competent in different quality tools
- Resident of Dasmariñas, Cavite or nearby municipalities/provinces
