Chef De Partie (Pastry Chef)

Position Summary**

The Chef de Partie (Pastry Chef) is responsible in all aspects of the pastry kitchen, ensure product quality, maintain and execute food safety standards.
Create bread and pastry products working together with the sous/head chef.
**II.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Communicate and work with the team
- Work together with the Head Chef
- Create and develop bread and pastry products
- Able to keep up with the trends in the baking and pastry industry
- Execute food and safety standards
- Organized pastry stocks inventory
- Staff Management
- Ensure good quality standards
- Develop and formulate recipes
- Menu and product creation

**III.
Job Requirements**
- Culinary Arts graduate or certification
- Extensive experience in the same role
- Have strong leadership skills
- Must be a team player
- Able to execute kitchen standards
- Have excellent computer skills
- Cost Control
- Can work under pressure
- Can do multitask
- Have a strong experience on both making breads and pastries
