As a Chat Support Specialist at Pushkart.ph, you will be the frontline representative of our company, using your expertise to assist customers through chat interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our customers, address their inquiries, and resolve issues swiftly and effectively while providing a positive experience. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term customer relationships.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly to incoming chat requests from customers, providing clear and efficient communication.
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and ensure a personalized service experience.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize company resources and knowledge to troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments if necessary.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, services, and promotions to accurately convey information to customers.
- Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and enhancements.

- **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints using our internal CRM system.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on customer trends, needs, and preferences.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on customer outreach and promotional efforts.
- Share best practices and learnings with team members to enhance collective performance.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to improve customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and customer satisfaction.

### **Requirements**

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat or online environment.
- Proven track record of successfully handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to manage stress and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Motivated: A self-starter with a drive to excel in customer service and continuously seek professional development.

- **Soft Skills:**
