Chat Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Bench is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and energy.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Reliable and energetic personality traits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Innovative and able to make decisions quickly
