ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our dedicated team in Cebu. As a Chat Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and helpful support to our customers through online chat channels. **Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding ABS-CBN products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying and troubleshooting problems, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about ABS-CBN offerings to provide informed support and recommendations to customers.
- Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure a smooth follow-up and service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve the customer support process and promote knowledge sharing.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the support process.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support; prior experience in the media or entertainment industry is an advantage.
