Job Description:

MetroMart is looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels.- Assist customers with order placement, product information, shipping inquiries, and general troubleshooting.- Research and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
