Job Description:
Cloudstaff is seeking a motivated and dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers.
5. Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
1. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service.
2. Strong persuasion skills and ability to effectively manage people.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
