Job Description:
Globe Telecom is looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chat support representatives, ensuring high-quality customer service and resolution of customer inquiries
- Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of chat support representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the chat support team
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or chat support roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
