Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Coins.ph is seeking a passionate and hardworking Chat Support Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our users.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to deliver high-quality customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
4. Train and onboard new chat support agents to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries.
5. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall user experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Experience in managing a team and driving performance improvements.
5. Proficiency in chat support software and tools.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
7. Persuasion and creativity skills are a plus.
