Job Description:
ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, and possess strong analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively
- Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
