JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries via chat.
Assist customers in making product selections and finding products.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with teams and departments to resolve issues effectively.
Troubleshoot common product or service issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
