Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.Manage existing accounts, obtain orders, planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.Focuses sales efforts by understanding existing partners and unleash potential volume requirements and projects.Develop new accounts by understanding the nature of company business and able to size up new potential business opportunities that an account executive can work independently through basis strategies.Submit orders by referring to price lists and product.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information such as pricing products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.Provides historical reports by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
