Partner with the best As a Channel Partner Sales Manager (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you'll be involved in planning and development for the sales strategy in APAC region. In a high-impact, ever-changing environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted expert, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.
As a Channel Partner Sales Manager (Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals), you will be responsible for:
· Developing regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers
· Identifying key process and chemical sales targets within your market to develop sales plans and deliver new business
· Partnering with a team of chemicals experts to build growth in your assigned region
· Building relationships with key customers through value-selling
· Engaging and communicating with key stakeholders at customer facilities to cultivate current and new business
· Managing Sales and Service Standards at multiple key customer accounts to ensure compliance
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
· Demonstrate solid experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that lead to growth
· Demonstrate solid Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals sales experience (either Upstream or Downstream Chemicals)
· Show expertise in Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals sales processes (either Upstream or Downstream Chemicals)
· Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships and show an understanding of customer requirements and Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals market conditions
· Be able to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Be a good team player and have experience of working in safe, laboratory environment
· Be able to travel to local territory to visit customer sites
