Channel & Category Development Executive - Fixed

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Main role is to work on a specific channel and category to improve Unilever's volume and reach Spearheads the design and long-term strategies of the category.
In-charge of creating the strategy and principles to drive growth for the specific category.
Works together with CCD S&OP to fully implement the strategies the category needs to drive growth and become competitive.
JOB SUMMARY

? Work with Marketing to translate marketing plans into actionable CD/Sales action points

? Align CD requirements to internal customers like Marketing, R&D, Finance

? In-charge of the creation of long-term Trade Tactics to drive Category Growth

? In the forefront of delivering Innovations and Savings Strategies for the Category ? Initiates the business and sales analysis to drive data-driven selling

? Produces the different Cannibalization Analyses for the different activities created ? Creates a feedback loop for all activities execution, and how to land the different Customer Facing Category Strategies on field
