Responsibilities:The position is responsible for locally driving employee engagement and supporting the organization in change management, creating a positive image of JTI GBS among the most important stakeholders through effective networking and company representation. Ensures proper activities, including communication, to keep employees engaged.
As the Change Management & Engagement Manager in the area of General Administration, you will:
Develop and implement local change management strategies and plans that improve employee engagement and adoption to required changes.Serve as an expert for the respective GBS Center in driving communication efforts, enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications, especially for projects of significant business importance to the local organization.Constantly develop a network of contacts to shape GBS image and promote GBS center positive reputation to support the implementation of business objectives.Responsible for preparation of internal engagement and communication-related events (for example Townhalls) in the respective GBS center, aligning the agendas, preparation of presentations, supervision of event logistics, etc.Ensure alignment with P&C and Change Management & Engagement functions within GBS and with local CA&C function on Company's flagship programs, related practices, communication strategies, and tactics to ensure local consistency and compliance with local regulations.Requirements:Demonstrated ability in similar positions in the tobacco industry, non-governmental organizations, or FMCG; experience in other areas related to products subject to excise duty, regulatory issues, or PR will be an advantage.
University degree in administration, social science, communication, public relations/journalism (alternatively: law, philology, or political science).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
