Change Analyst

- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology field
- At least 2 years of experience as Change Analyst
- Proven experience in system implementation
- Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage but not required
- Amenable to work in BGC hybrid set up (2 onsite X 3 WFH)
- Friday is required onsite
