Change Analyst - Hybrid Set Up

Details of the offer

* As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

Qualifications: Years of Experience: at least 2-3 years of experienceGraduate of Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology fieldProven experience in system implementationExperience in change management, organizational development, and/or business processExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.Knowledge of project management principles.High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage Location and Schedule: Hybrid, 2x onsite: Friday is required onsiteBGC, Taguig CityDay Shift
