Years of Experience: at least 2-3 years of experienceBachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology fieldProven experience in system implementationExperience in change management, organizational development, and/or business processExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.Knowledge of project management principles.High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage
