Chairmans Assistant

-To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritizing emails for the Chairman.
-To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
-responsible for company stamps, licenses and profiles
-help the GM to co-ordinate the internal and external relationships
-effectively complete all other works assigned by the GM

JOB REQUIREMENT:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent business experience, or any related field
-Master Degree would be an added advantage
-Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is preferable.
-Proficiency in MS Office (outlook, word, excel and power point.
-Willing to work in HONG KONG.
Overseas exposure would be an added advantage.
