**Qualifications**:- Graduate of any business course.- Must have at least 6-12 months of experience in BPO setting, processing bulk transactions.- Attention to detail- MS Office Knowledge- Average Communication skills (oral and written)- Work Location: Cebu City- Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm.**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities**- Identify employee's pending accountability under time and expense team.- Send reminder notification to resigning employees items to be accomplished related to Time and Expense.- Audit reimbursement claims of resigning employees.- Identify reimbursement items to be put on hold.- Provide clearance to resigned employees on resignation effective date if no more pending accountability in the exit tool.- Monitor clearance compliance for employees with pending T&E accountability.- Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- BPO setting, processing bulk transactions: 1 year (required)
