Certified Public Accountant

Introductory:

F45 is in need of a Bookkeeper/Accountant-Accounting graduate works to join our diverse and dynamic company. You will thrive working as part of an experienced, professional self-motivated team. We are looking for someone with proficient MS office skills, bookkeeping and record keeping skills and an enthusiasm to learn and adapt to their role.

This is a role that will provide you with a variety of tasks and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as you upskill and grow within the business. With a high level of administrative and processing tasks, you will have a self-motivated approach and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. As a crucial member of the team, reliability, dedication, and a positive, proactive, versatile and energetic approach are essential for this role.



Duties & Responsibilities

Bookkeeping – Update and maintenance of Manual books
Monthly Financial Reporting and Analysis
Daily report of sales including merch
Collate and enter official receipts into excel spreadsheet.
Collate Income information and expenses including petty cash reports – petty cash reporting.
Auditing of financial records.

Skills and Experience:

5+ years' experience in a similar work environment.
Preferably female.
Relevant experience or qualifications in Accounting preferred.
QuickBooks or other related experience essential
Financial integrity and control
Ability to meet deadlines.
Problem solving and high attention to detail.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and other MS office suites
A team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
