Job Description
 
The Certified Public Accountant is expected to provide a comprehensive assessment and management of the company's accounts. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Creates budgets, manages expense claims, reconciles bank statements, manages bills and pays runs through Accounting System.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and performs various accounts reconciliation (e.g. bank) activities within the deadline.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Represents the company on BIR and taxation matters
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Provides monthly financial statements and other relevant reports.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
 
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
Experience with working on BIR paperwork, especially tax regulations.
High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Must be results-oriented and a good team player with a keen level of accuracy and high attention to detail.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
