Job Responsibilities: Quickly grasp and accurately understand departmental strategic directions, assist executives in cascading strategies to departments, and supervise their execution.Have a deep understanding of business department work, quickly grasp key points, and effectively assist management in advancing business management-related tasks.Supervise and follow up on company key projects and departmental plans, ensuring effective implementation of key projects and departmental plans.Execute executive directives, assist executives in drafting relevant documents, with a strong ability in using PowerPoint.Accurately identify departmental management innovation needs and propose rational suggestions or solutions.Record and summarize important company meetings.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.Job Requirements: One year or more work experience, executive assistant experience preferred.Must be fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading and writing).Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, strong information search ability, and learning and analysis skills.Good writing skills, strong organizational coordination and communication skills, proficiency in Office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.The company will focus on training for future key management positions; therefore, it requires proactive initiative, a strong ability to handle pressure, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Excellent educational background, preference given to those with experience in human resources administration or secretary management.
