Team Management both Field and Inside Sales Create sales strategies for the Cebu Sales Team Push Cebu Sales team to achieve monthly targets Continuously monitor daily sales and provide constant updates Perform one on one coaching and feedback Implement a refresher training for the Cebu Sales Team Constantly look at inventory of merchandise Handles his/her own clients Streamline Processes Accepts escalations Required Skills:
Very good English communication skills Leadership traits Excel Skills Pivot, Vlookup and other functions Negotiation Skills Good mathematic skills
