\n What You'll Do:Train and verify drivers based on set Verified target #Recommend driver training and process improvements to SupervisorReview pipeline scheduling & complete training tracking sheetsCollect required documents from drivers and verify them before Verifying driver in Lalamove system Collect cash related to driver training, track and handover to AccountingWork with Accounting to ensure accurate, documented, and timely remittance of all cash collected from driver applicants in bank account Responsible for approval and rejection of driver applicants according to set standardsResponsible for accurate stocks keeping of offline driver materials (e.g., jackets, boxes, stickers)Enforce all Driver SOPs developedEnforce all Driver Ops policies developedResponsible for end-to-end execution of Special Projects or CampaignsFill in for Staff when there is shortage of personnelStrictly observe all company policies as provided in relevant contracts, agreements, and memorandums, as well as any revisions and addendums to company policiesPerforms other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time What You'll Need:Customer Service / Telemarketing experienceExperience in coordinating with different stakeholdersHigh attention to detailKnowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Leadership and training experience would be a plusHigh level of grit and perseveranceWillingness to work in Mandaue City, Cebu
