A CCTV Operator is someone able to maintain situational awareness, specifically in providing monitoring and security tracking, to help in the company's security operations.
The CCTV Operator must have the ability to be presentable and effective in providing CCTV Monitoring Services and other Security Services Support to his/her assigned post(s) in an honest, ethical, and professional manner. The CCTV Operator shall primarily ensure that only authorized personnel may enter the organization's premises and specific facilities, as approved. He/she shall observe all critical areas and identify any suspicious behaviors. The CCTV Operator shall perform this primary role in compliance with applicable company security policies and procedures.

Represent KKG's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence Establish and maintain positive relationships with others Perform CCTV Operations and Monitoring-related tasks Perform all other related duties as assigned Requirements Must completed at least two (2) years in college or graduated from vocational course, preferably related to CCTV installation and operation, IT, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of relevant job experience in CCTV Operations Proficient in physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems, and stays updated updated on the latest surveillance technologies and tools, leveraging them to enhance surveillance capabilities and
improve efficiency Familiar with Security Operations, specifically tracking and consistent monitoring of operational activities and security protocols to prevent any breach, untoward incident, or emergency Demonstrates great understanding of Philippine laws and regulations related to physical security and CCTV operations, thereby able to comply and consistently observe all relevant principles, procedures, and practices Experienced in writing reports, progress updates, and other materials while maintaining excellent attention to detail Highly functional and motivated, and with a good command of written and spoken English to effectively describe details of incidents and scenarios (especially in incident reports) Has high levels of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, discipline, and professionalism Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City or Cubao, Quezon City Job Type: Project-based with 12-hour shift schedule Benefits Pay: Php20,000 – 23,000, including allowance and subject to OT, NSD, and holiday pays
