Job Summary:

As a Level 1 -Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support to our company's products and services. This will include installation of pipes & support, cable pulling, and installation of auxiliary devices. You are also expected to work independently or as part of a team to deliver timely and quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Installation of pipes & support, cable pulling and installation of auxiliary devicesCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of work performedAdhere to all safety regulations and company policiesAttend training sessions and acquire new skills as required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a Technician or similar roleExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift and move heavy equipmentBasic knowledge of auxiliary system such as (CCTV, FDAS, SCS, DACS, and the like)Owns a few basic tools, such as screwdriver, plier, long nose, flat screw, PPE, and safety shoes.
