As Manager under PHC Business Planning, the candidate will be:
Interacting closely with various functional groups of the Business Unit (Finance, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing/Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain Group) for requirements involving but not limited to:Capacity expansion studiesFinancial simulationsNew business/product opportunitiesSales drivers and dampenersTasked to provide data-driven recommendations to the General Manager and his various Mancom heads for:Process improvementsEfficiency-generating opportunitiesOrganizing various management reports and various planning initiatives such as but not limited to:Daily Sales Monitoring and Operations ReportsWeekly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) MeetingsQuarterly Business Operations Review and Bi-Annual Board MeetingsAnnual Budget Plans
