**Summary**:
- Extract Nielsen Data and Document Work processes for GKI group
- Provide helpdesk support to CSI and IDP group, referencing standard FAQs dashboard.
Assist in transaction POG conversions and log POG requests into the SharePoint site.
- Support in building Planograms or Retail Space Planning for specific retailers.
**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Business Operational/ Category Management Support***
- Build customer specific planograms using JDA software
- Work with customer and Nielsen point of sale data (consumption)
- Where applicable use customer loyalty data (Market Basket)
**Key Performance Indicator/ Metrics/ Service Level Agreement**
- Shall ensure that set KPIs/ Metrics/ SLAs are met and reported on a timely manner.
**Issue Management**
- Responsible for timely updates, reporting to customers, identifying issues and root causes to assist the team leads in the resolution of issues
**Account Management/Helpdesk Support**
- Assist Category Stratety Insights consultants in JDA inquiries using the standardized FAQs dashboard
- Assist in uploading POG requests into the SharePoint for task assignment by the Project Team.
- Assist in transactional requests such as PDF conversion, extracting files, etc.
**Data Reporting - Nielsen**
- Support data reporting by running reports utilizing Nielsen Nitro and MS Excel
- Ensure Data Accuracy.
Data quality is essential to the role, with 100% QA expectation rate.
- Ensure Timely Delivery.
On time delivery during the monthly quad refresh.
**Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities**:
- Technical Ability: Knowledge in JDA software is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and Access.
Ability to quickly learn and assess viability of other analytic tools.
- Prioritization: must be able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting or ambiguous priorities, extended work schedules, and short time constraints.

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months -3 years work experience in the field of marketing, sales, market research, merchandising, category management, and the like.
- Open to strong high potential fresh graduates with internship experience in Consumer Goods companies.
- Knowledge in JDA software and Nielsen platforms is an advantage
