Greet and welcome customers as they come into the store / approach the counter.
Ensure fast and courteous service on every customer purchase.
Take orders from customers, repeat their orders, input their orders into the POS system and provide exact change when applicable.
Upsell and cross-sell products and introduce new items from the menu.
Provide customers with helpful information regarding products, service time and special offers.
Thank the customer after every transaction and whenever possible.
Perform end of shift / X, Y, Z readings in the POS system.
Declaration of any cash over and accountability for any cash short.
Record and reconcile Cash Management Reports and other required reports on a daily basis
Maintain records of third party deliveries such as but not limited to GrabFood and FoodPanda
Maintain records such as transactions receipts and reference numbers of online payment transactions and include in the daily reports.
Upload daily sales report, cash management report and other reports needed on a daily basis to the designated folder/s.
Keep and include in the daily reports official receipts, sales invoices and other supporting documents of all expenses disbursed through the store's cash fund.
Take accountability of any cash on hand of the store until it is deposited to the bank.
Ensure that the company phone is always reachable and always available to accept call / reply to SMS and accommodate orders.
Ensure that the POS and CCTV are always connected to the internet and are maintained to be online at all times.
Assemble/Pack and dispatch orders of customers and serve them in the most efficient manner.
Ensure that all menu (TV, glass/wall, hand), counter reminders (SC/PWD discount, allergens information, etc,) and QR payment codes (if applicable) are readily available and visible.
Conform to the standard steps in "Extraordinary Guide" cashier station.
