Cashier/Server

• Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter.
• Scan and ring up merchandise, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, providing change, and balancing the cash register.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, including keeping the counter free of clutter and ensuring the availability of bags and other supplies.
• Follow cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent theft or fraud.
• Upsell or cross-sell products to increase sales and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and rules and regulations at any area/department or facilities of the store/office at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time to support the overall operation of the store or business.
