Provide leadership and direction to cashier staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance.Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening and closing tills, counting cash drawers, and reconciling transactions. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and handling complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.Train new cashiers on operating procedures, customer service standards, and cash handling protocols. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve performance.Monitor cashier transactions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established procedures. Address any discrepancies or errors promptly.Prepare daily cash reports, reconcile transaction records, and maintain accurate documentation of cashier activities. Provide regular updates to management on cash flow and performance metrics.Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
