Responsibilities: Payment Processing: Accurately handle all types of payments.Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take orders, and respond to inquiries.Order Entry: Enter orders into the system, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure order accuracy.POS Operation: Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions.Guest Service: Ensure a positive dining experience and excellent service. Skills: Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions accurately.POS and Computer Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Teamwork and Multitasking: Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, College Degree, or equivalent.Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
