Responsibilities:•Payment Processing: Accurately handle all types of payments.•Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take orders, and respond to inquiries.•Order Entry: Enter orders into the system, communicate with kitchen staff, and ensure order accuracy.•POS Operation: Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions.•Guest Service: Ensure a positive dining experience and excellent service.Skills:•Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions accurately.•POS and Computer Skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.•Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.•Teamwork and Multitasking: Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Qualifications:•Education: Minimum of a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, College Degree, or equivalent.•Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry.
